    The DASH Eating Plan
    This 24-page booklet provides information on high blood pressure and how to follow the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet. It includes recipe ideas and tips on how to stay on the eating plan. One booklet can be printed online free. Information under Heart and Vascular Diseases includes web sites and interactive web applications, publications/fact sheets, and information about the National High Blood Pressure Education Program.
